S: Just wondering if we do not get our first preference for hospital/ LHD, will we likely get offered our second preference even if we never interviewed with them?
Kelley Lennon - Nursing & Midwifery Office: Hi S, if you do not receive an offer from your first preference but are successful for a position, you may receive an offer from any of the other hospitals/LHDs that you have nominated as preferences.

B: Does everyone get an interview or only certain people?
Kelley Lennon - Nursing & Midwifery Office: Hi B, all eligible candidates who meet the selection criteria receive an interview, the information is on page 5 & 6 of the handbook

J: Just wondering, do we apply for individual hospitals within a LHD or do we just apply for LHD's?
Kelley Lennon - Nursing & Midwifery Office: Hi J, some LHDs have a District wide application process, and some have individual hospital applications. You are best off looking at the LHD websites information to see what the LHDs offer :)

B: Hi being a foreign midwife from different country , which conditions do midwives have to pass?
