Presented by Bernadette Lack
Bernadette is a midwife, personal trainer, wife, mother and previous pant wetter. She holds a Bachelor of Midwifery with honours and a Master of Public Health. Bernadette has practised midwifery since 2007 and has worked as a caseload midwife providing publicly funded in Alice Springs and Melbourne, a remote outreach midwife in Central Australia, and a volunteer midwifery educator in the Solomon Islands. She has also held many positions in the ACM including being on the ACM Board of Directors, is a CRANAplus facilitator and dabbles in university marking.
Bernadette is currently based in East Gippsland, Victoria where she works as a midwife in the local hospital and runs a fulltime fitness business for pregnant and postnatal women. Bernadette has used her own experience with healing from incontinence to create core and pelvic floor exercise and education programs. She is the founder of Core and Floor Restore and has recently launched four online programs for women and men. Her goal is for everyone to have a healthy core and pelvic floor so that they can live with confidence in how their body works, feels and looks! Her next project is to undertake a PhD in this area.
