The Board of Directors is responsible for all decision-making on strategic issues and policy for the ACM nationally.
The primary role of the Board is to provide the strategic advice, direction and leadership. This includes ensuring that staff, committee members and other volunteers for are well supported and engaged in fulfilling their various roles and responsibilities.
The Board follows best practice principles and processes dictated by good corporate governance. The Board meets face-to-face approximately 3 times per year with teleconferences in between these meetings.
