ACM provides feedback on the AHPRA Supervised Practice Framework

The ACM is pleased to make a submission to the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) draft Supervised Practice Framework. A summary of our full response is as follows:

  • The framework is clear and comprehensive and will provide much needed assistance in the development and fulfilment of supervised practice arrangements
  • The provision of fact sheets for supervisees, supervisors and employers will complement the information contained in the framework
  • Consideration should be given to the time investment, education and support needs of supervisors and employers in the provision supervised practice arrangements
