We are looking for Registered Midwives to join us in the following wards:

Private Postnatal
Public Postnatal
NICU – Special Care, Cardiac/Surgical, Preterm
Birth suites and PAC
MGP (Midwifery Group Practice)

What you’ll be doing

You will be providing exceptional care to both public and privately funded women ranging from the care of normal, low risk women through to complex obstetric and medical care requiring an extensive multidisciplinary approach.

About you

This role requires an enthusiastic and dedicated Midwife to provide exceptional midwifery care and is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a highly skilled and professional multi-disciplinary team, utilising your enthusiasm and midwifery passion for the delivery of best practice within a supportive and professional environment.

The successful candidate will have:

Current registration with AHPRA with midwifery endorsement (no restrictions)
At least 12 months post graduate experience for Registered Midwives
Demonstrated high levels of communication (both written and verbal) and clinical problem solving skills
Evidence of continuing educational and professional development, preferably post graduate qualifications
Commitment to the continuous improvement of health care and nursing practice
The ideal applicant will possess an enthusiastic and mature attitude, have excellent communication skills and will also demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment.
