There is an additional module included, Let’s talk about My Health Record in Aboriginal health services which provides a case scenario to guide discussions about My Health Record.

At the end of these modules, you will be able to:
• Understand what the My Health Record system is and its benefits.
• Understand how to access My Health Record and navigate through key documents.
• Describe how My Health Record may support better healthcare.
• Explain how clients can use My Health Record.
• Outline security measures, legislation and organisational policies that support the My Health Record system.
• Explain appropriate healthcare provider access and use of My Health Record.
• Summarise consumer use and controls that support the security of My Health Record.
• Understand the key health information available in My Health Record to support clinical decision-making and improve client safety.
• Understand when it's appropriate to upload a Shared Health Summary or an Event Summary.
• Integrate My Health Record into your routine practice.
