The event is taking place at Pan Pacific Perth, 207 Adelaide Terrace, East Perth in the Grand River Ballroom.

Undercover parking is available onsite. Conference delegates are eligible for 40% off the Self Parking Rate of $40 for 4-24 hours. To receive the discount, tickets need to be validated at reception prior to departure. The carpark is accessible via Hill Street. Further information here.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances can change, however ACM has contractual commitments with venues for in person events and as such requires adequate written notice for any cancellations. From 1 January 2024, the following will apply to requests for cancellations/refunds:
